Great customer service by WDW!!!!! (and STUPID STUPID me!!!)

I just opened a letter from WDW. It was not a promo for something but a business letter. I couldn't imagine what was inside. Well, my jaw dropped when I opened it. My AP was in it!!!

Apparently, on my trip there (that ended last Tues at MGM), I must have forgot my AP in a FP machine. So they sent it back!!! I'm really glad that I found out now that it was missing because I was planning to use it one more time in October.

Two thumbs up for WDW customer service!!!!
 
Don't forget to thank the honest guest that probably turned it in!;) I have turned in room key cards, a wallet with about 12 credit cards & too much cash to count, multi-day tickets, etc. I wasn't the one that found your AP , though. Thank goodness for honest people, huh? :earboy2: Do unto others...
