My mother just got a postcard today. Sure...I have my ressies for FW in October, but I would much rather drive, or fly, and stay in a room than pull the camper during hurricane season. If only I could use hers.....

At least you know who the card belongs too! I have received 2 different post card rates one on Saturday and one today with 2 different peoples name on it but with my address. The funny thing is that we had this house built, so no one has ever had our address before. Brand new home on a brand new street. On Saturday I called CRO but they didn't know how it happened, only I could not use it since it was not my name but it was my address. I didn't even bother to call tonight with this different name but it does worry me that Disney makes such a big mistake 2 xs. Wonder where my card with my name but a totally different address is???? Oh yeah, the CRO said that the person's name that was on my card they live in N.Y., I'm in SC, but they have my address as this family in NY 2nd address. But, that is impossible!!

I live in SC too! Maybe it was my card! I just got a card for a Cirque du Soleil survey. I was so excited too when I saw WDW - I thought "finally"... then I turned it over!

I got a postcard last month. I gave the pin # to my mom and she used it WITH HER NAME!!! This has happened many times in my family!

It's possible than when the data was given to the printing firm that makes out the cards that there could have been some corruption. This is just marketing and it's likely in this day that they're still sending some badly parsed ASCII text files from a dated reservation system.

A similar situation happened just this week (with property tax bills) to residents in the City of Brewer, Maine. Imagine opening a bill for your one room shack to find that you'd been assessed for an estate. The problem all came down to a problem with the printing firm that the city uses.

Try to call again with that postcard. Many on this board have reached a CM that says that since it's your address, it's your card. I just read that one was addressed to neighbors little boy with the DIS'ers address- and she was able to use it. Good luck!
