Grayline Tour to Seaworld?

Anyone been on it? We've already booked it but I'm wondering what to expect.

If you've been on it, can you share details?
For example: what time you arrived, how long you were in the park, how long the trip is (to and from SD) on the bus, ect.

We took grayline tours to SW in May of 2007. We were staying on Harbor Blvd and they picked us up out front of the hotel, then took us to a receiving station were each party transferred to their tour destination, SW, US etc... I believe it was close to a 2 hr drive to SW but that depends on traffic. The driver gave us a nice tour pointing out different areas along the way..
We arrived shortly after the park opened and if i remember we stayed until 5:30-6:00 range. You then meet the bus out in the parking lot were they dropped you off and again depending on traffic, another 2 hr trip back to Anaheim. We had plenty of time to see the whole park, even did the picnic lunch with shamu around 11:30am. The shows are pretty well staggered so you are able to see most of them.

Biggest recommendation is don’t forget to take sun screen, the shamu show is hot and with all the water you get fried pretty fast.

Hope you have a wonderful trip... One other hint is at SW when the seating is labeled "soak zone" , that is what it is and you will get soaked. We sat in that area at the Dolphin show and we got drenched with the salt water and felt grungy all day long... Never do that again.

Hey Lillybug, how did your trip to SW go? We are going next Monday (Dec 8) on Grayline. Would like to hear your impressions. Did you go on a weekend or a weekday? How busy was it?
