Grayed out posting option

All of of my posting options like font, color, insert link or pics, etc. are grayed out all of a sudden. I think it started yesterday when I was traveling and wifi was off.

I have logged out, closed out, rebooted. Not sure how to fix?

Both of you probably clicked the bracket icon on the right, which turns on BBCode. Once it's on, it stays on until you turn it off.
