As said above it is not included and can really impact a budget. For 4 of us, it was just over $400 in gratuities for all the table services we were able to visit over an 8 day period. (3 adults, 1 child) We were on the deluxe plan. So definitely keep them in mind.

Yes gratuity will be added to parties of six or more.
