Gratuity included...and then some??

I have noticed that gratuity is included in the price of the Hoop Dee Doo? I have been twice before and always tipped the waiter in addition to this (to be honest I never noticed the gratutity included witht he price of the ticket before) Does anyone else do this also? What percentage do you leave if so? Just trying to get a feel for what is appropriate? We are going next week and I am doing some final budgeting. Any comments appreciated. Thank you

Does it say how much gratuity is included? I know for things like the meal vouchers it says that 15% is included, but if people feel their server was exceptional then they tip a little extra. I normally tip 20% at sit down restaurants so I would tip on top of something that included 15%. Can't speak specifically for the Hoop De Doo, but that's what I've heard for meal vouchers.
