Gratuities on transport

Hi guys
I paid around $207 for a return transfer
How much should I be tipping the driver?
They want me to do it each way
3 bags - 4 people
Is $20 each way ok ??

You're contradicting yourself- is this a return transfer or is this a roundtrip transfer? I'm going to assume it's roundtrip (airport to wdw to airport).

You tip the driver each direction, this is because you will most likely have different drivers. Customary tip for private towncars is around 20%. So, if the roundtrip total is $207, then each direction is approx $100, 20% of $100 is $20 so your math is solid. $20 each direction.

Guessing the OP is from the other side of the pond....where "return" transfer means roundtrip.

But to answer the question....$20 each way is a good tip.

I do 20% and yes tip separately as you often have different drivers for each leg. If we take advantage of the free grocery stop, I tip extra on the inbound depending on the length of time it takes to pick up the order.
