Grapefruit Beer in Germany

It's Schöfferhofer Grapefruit ~ Very Yummy!

Not sure where in New York you are but if you're in Western NY upstate, Consumer Beverages now stocks Schofferhoffer because of all the requests from Disney vacationers! If they're out, they will order it for you!

Love it too. DH & I have been trying with no luck to get a supply at local grocery stores and I tried getting it shipped. The shipping was $141 and the beer was only $55. I have done some experimenting and discovered while not as good as the original, if you need a little fix mix Ruby Red grapefruit juice with you favorite beer. It at least gets me through to the next trip for the real stuff

There's another brand called Stiegl Radler that's very good as well. It's not sold at Epcot, but it's a great substitution

We are lucky that our local,place can always order almost anything for us. We bought a case after tasting the grapefruit beer at last year's F&W festival. So good!!!

They sell it at the Total Wine locations in Orlando. I paid for a case online and picked it up from the store on the way out of town. Will be getting a resupply next month.
