Grandmother/granddaughter DISign?

Has anyone seen or have any ideas on a DISign for a grandmother/granddaughter trip this december? My DD will be 18 months when we go, but I know my mother-in-law would love a personalized shirt with something on there for them both.
Have you seen any, or have any suggestions on what I could request?
The only thing I could even think of was the Fairy Godmother with a "baby" Cinderella with their names and "1st Disney trip together" or something similar...
