Grandma's Apple Pie recipe from Southern Living

Years ago I purchased a pie plate from Southern Living at Home.

It came with a fabulous recipe for Grandma's Apple Pie. The crust had lard in it.

I have since lost the recipe and wondering if anybody here would have it.
