Hello and welcome to my first pre-trip report! I tried to do one before, but I don't think it went too well and if I remember correctly, I deleted it. That would have been for my last trip, which was in August, with my friend and co-worker. While I was there that time, I decided to get an annual pass. Since I have an annual pass, I decided to take my 2 year old grandson before he turns three, so early December here we come!

Who: Almost 3 year old Christopher (my hubby calls him Scoot because of how he used to get around before he was crawling) and myself- Stacy, special education teacher. My husband is a nurse and could not get the time off and my daughter was unable to go, so I decided to take him on my own! Am I going to regret this decision????

When: November 29th- December 5th. This has changed since the beginning and I now have 3 separate reservations lol. I was able to get a good rate through a travel agent for 12/1-12/5 and added a night on my own 11/30. Then I decided to add another night, but couldn't get Pop for the extra night. Thus, 3 reservations.

Where: Staying at All Star Sports 11/29 and then moving to Pop Century 11/30-12/5.

How: Flying out of BWI 11/28 in the evening. Arriving at 7:35pm, so trying to decide whether to let the Magical Express bring our luggage or to grab it myself.

I made my first mistake in telling Christopher about the trip wayyyy too early and he was expecting to go every time he came to visit. So, I made him a countdown:

What: My challenge with this trip was to not overplan. I have a bad habit of overplanning; however, I am very good about relaxing those plans in the moment. So, for this trip, I have a few meals planned, but am trying to go with the flow more.

11/30- Morning at MK, Be Our Guest lunch at 11:15 and then leave MK for naps. Sci Fi Dine In in evening (fast passes at HS because this was originally when we were flying in 11/30 in the morning). Toy Story MM, Indiana Jones and Fantasmic are our fast passes.

12/1- Epcot in am (Nemo, Frozen, Spaceship Earth fast passes) Garden Grill at 9:50am and then back for naps. Unsure about evening plan.

12/2- MK in am (Peter Pan, Speedway, Winnie the Pooh fast passes), Tony's for lunch at 1:15 p.m (plan to watch parade from the porch). Unsure of evening plan.

12/3- Animal Kingdom in am (Safari, Navi, Lion King fast passes), lunch at Yak n Yeti, back for naps. MK in evening (dessert party booked for HEA viewing).

12/4- MVMCP. Hopefully sleep in and/or take an early nap. May explore AOA cars area as the little guy loves Lightning McQueen. Arrive at MK around 2-2:30. Plaza for lunch/dinner at 2:45pm. Fastpasses for Buzz, HM, POC.

12/5- tragical express around 8am

Aw, I bet you guys are going to have such a blast together. What special memories just you and your grandson. I hope to be able to take my own grandkids (when I have some) one day.
