Grande Vista or Summer Bay Home

Just when I thought I knew where I was going to make my reservation when I called tomorrow for our June week of vacation, I was offered a 3 bedroom resort home in Summer Bay for a great price..... Reading some of the posts though have me leary. Which would you choose. There is 4 adults and 4 children and we will be visiting the parks most of the time. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you can get a guaranteed rehab or new room at Grande Vista - that one

underwise go with Summer Bay

they are about equal distance from WDW - GV might be a mile or two closer.

GV is closer to both SW and US/IOA.

We just stayed in one of the summer bay homes and loved it. The layout is nice you have 3 bedrooms and dont forget the enclosed pool. The resort is great for kids and the only drawback is the drive to the parks but it is doable

We stayed at Summer Bay a few years ago. We had a three-bedroom house with the pool. It was wonderful!!!! I was able to pick the house up on our time-share. I would love to get that deal again.
