Grand Opening Ceremony??

My DD21 wants to get up at the toucas-crack of dawn to see a opening ceremony on the 29th any idea if there will be one? I can’t imagine it would be at 6am.......could it???

Well we will be there also but I dont expect anything other then hoards of people trying to squish in.....why do i do this to myself......

I guess, funny thing is when I made our plans for HS I decided on a Thursday, in the middle a hot, steamy August summer day, thinking it wont be that busy........................then Disney decides to open SWGE on that very same day...........what are the odds...............

Any press major type of opening ceremony would happen before the 29th most likely and wouldn’t be open to the public.
