Does anyone have any feedback on the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco. Also, do they happen to have a Regency CLub Level, and if so, what do they serve?
Thanks.

We stayed there a couple of years ago. The location is wonderful and in a safe area. Right next to Union Square with lots of shopping and from there, easy to access public transportation for getting around the city. But it really depends what you're looking to do and where you're looking to stay. We tend to prefer the Hyatt on Embarcadero in the financial district, just because it's within walking distance of Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. where we tend to spend most of our time in SF, so it just depends where you want to be. However, public transportation is really good in SF, and you can easily hop on the bus or BART in Union Square and get wherever you need to go.

The rooms were nice, what you would expect with a Hyatt, however they are a little small. But in the Union Square area, a lot of the hotels are older and boutique hotels, so this is kind of to be expected in the area. It's fine if it's two people, but it would be tight if you're trying to pack a family in there...Parking was also expensive, I think they only had valet and it was $50ish/night, but parking anywhere in SF is, so again, it's to be expected. However, you can self park your car in a parking garage across the street for $30-$35ish/ for 24 hours, so I think that's what we ended up doing.

I'm not sure if they have a Regency level though.

A Google search for "san francisco grand hyatt regency club" should give you the answer you are looking for.
