Grand Gatherings Question

Hi,
We are going to WDW for 11 days in December for the first time in two years, and we only have 3 people traveling- DH, me, and 9 year old DS. Of course, I want to do the Safari and Illuminations Dessert grand gathering activities - but, unfortunately, our party is too meager to qualify. I was wondering if there is a place on the disboards or somewhere else that I can find anyone who might be interested in doing a Grand Gathering for one of these. Or, is the process too complicated if you don't have a large group traveling together? Thanks so much for any assistance. Diane.

The Grand Gathering tours are mainly for large bookings. They all must be booked together such as rooms and packages. And basically one person of the group is the liason between you and them, though others in the party can control there reservations. But as far as the tours go, they are set up with GRAND GATHERING booking.
