Grand Gatherings Connecting Rooms?

If you book with grand gatherings will they guarante you rooms next to each other/ connecting? wwe are going with the extended family (20 people) we would like 5 rooms all together some connecting if at all possible. thanks

I am also planning a "Grand Gathering" for my family, when I spoke to a Cast Member, they told me "Grand Gathering's get first dibs on connecting rooms. If you wanted to share any findings for your trip I would appreciate it.

we have done 2 Grand Gatherings. Although they didn't guarantee it, we did have contecting rooms both times.

We just got back where we had a GG. We did have rooms next to each other, but no connecting rooms, even though they had been requested. It worked out okay for us, although the one SIL whose daughter wanted to stay with her uncle was a bit annoyed that they couldn't just go between the rooms.

We did a grand gathering last year and we were all in a row and 2 of the 3 rooms did connect. Unfortunately they don't guarantee that you will even be next to each other much less have connecting rooms. I know they really try though.
