Grand Gathering

On our next trip I would love to do a Grand Gathering. I do not know if we would qualify, though. (My family of 5...me, DH, DD12(then), DD9, DS6) and my parents and sister(she will be 10) and my adult brother. We don't seem to agree on where to stay, though. I would like CR they want POP. Also do you have to stay the exact same number of days? (we were thinking of staying 2 days longer) and do you have to book all under one name? I liked to pay online each week so I didn't have to charge it.
Finally, is a Grand Gathering worth it?

I don't know if it's worth it yet or not, but my sil and I combined to make a grand gathering. You need 8 people over the age of 3. We did this because we wanted to do the Magical Fireworks Cruise from CR. We made our original reservations seperate, seperate hotels, arriving on different days. We just no have a GG # to use for the special events. At least 8 in your party must attend the events.
