Does anyone know if this is offered every morning or only certain days?

I believe that it is only offered certain days. When we went, it was on a Saturday.

It was really great, but it took a little bit of time, so, if you want to hit the Magic Kingdom running right at the beginning of the day, this breakfast is not for you.

I highly recommend it; the character interaction is outstanding.
