We will be there from June 28 - July 6th. We were there last year and had a great time in the parade. I noticed my pesty younger sister (JAXPOOH) and her clan are going too

When is the Golf cart parade?

The golf cart parade starts at 9:00, 4th of July morning. It goes from the unhitch area to Pioneer hall where if you ain't fast you'll miss the winners getting awards.

you are in the wrong gathering if you are a planner. We are a lazy bunch of drunks who happen to be at the Fort for the weekend....... If anything, you should be planning your streaking in the woods for the womens gathering

That being said, what is Jiko? Is it like Plinko, or Chinese Pinball?

Last year the Golf Cart Parade was on the 4th @ like 9 or so.

Believe it or not, I'm trying not to plan every minute of that July trip! I do want to be a little spontaneous and just go wherever my mood takes me. However, there are a few things that I know I want to do.

So do you watch from Pioneer Hall? I'd like to see it, but I'd also like to see all of you, too Thanks for letting me know about the time, Guys!

Jiko is a restaurant at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I love Morrocan food and the like and hear Jiko is incredible. I've tried Boma at AKL and was crazy about that!

as for watching the parade, you are better off along the main road. It wasn't impossible to get room for a seat there. much better than waiting at pioneer hall.

We were in the 900 loop so we took our chairs and sat in front of the Meadows on the sidewalk across from the bus stop. The view is great.
