Grand Floridian to Pop

We're having dinner at the GF in November & should be done between 6:30 - 7pm. I'm assuming it will be dark by then in November, so if we took the monorail to Epcot would we see things lit up by lights or would it mostly be dark & boring?

We're not going to into Epcot, just thought a monorail ride would be fun for the kids. We would then take the bus to Pop where we're staying. Approx how long would it take us - just curious, we don't have to be back for a certain time.

That's a good way to show someone who has never been on it the monorail. You'll pass through the contemporary if you head the correct direction before you switch to the epcot monorail that the transportation stop. Epcot should be lit up and you might even luck out with the fireworks happening as you circle through future world. It's not a short ride but sounds like this is how your ending your evening and good timing to just ride the monorail as it fits in well with dinner plans. The bus from epcot to pop I think takes about 15-20 minutes once you get on it. It's a little walk to the side to the buses and pop is usually one of the last buses.
