First time staying in the Villas at Grand Floridan. Any recommended requests or are they all about the same?

I like higher floor as some face walkway.

My family tends to use a lot of ice. We haven't stayed there in 4 years but I remember having to travel to a different floor to use an ice maker. If this sounds like you, ask for a room close to one.

Stated above but will chime in again. Some ground floor rooms feel like they are right on the path. The end units can feel like folks are walking right towards your room. We found ourselves closing the curtains more than usual.

Had a ground floor once and was not as nice as a higher floor. Def make that request.
