Hi all,
We did the grand Floridian princess tea as a party of three. Imagine my surprise when we got sat with another party at our table. I don’t want to socialize with a random stranger when I pay nearly $500 for mediocre food. And the person we got sat with was clearly a bit on the uh crazy side so it made it a very uncomfortable morning. It ruined the experience for us and also made it so my husband couldn’t interact with our child as he was seated across the table. My daughter also has sensory issues and she shut down when being forced to interact with another child as they sat them together.

We both looked through all the info and reviews before booking and were never warned of this. I’m pretty upset. Did anyone else see this listed as a possibility or see it warned about? I’ve never wanted to make a complaint before but I’ve also never spent money on something like this before only to have it become such an awful experience. Thanks for any help or advice.

I would have asked to see the manager of the restaurant to complain. There’s not much you can do after the fact.

I will say that voicing your displeasure on social media will be noticed by Disney. I tweeted a positive comment about a cast member and they responded within minutes.
