Grand Floridian Honeymoon Turret

I have to say I am so surprised that these rooms don't have a balcony.

OP....I hope you get your room with a view of wishes:goodvibes
Kerri

no balcony, but my panorramic view from the poly all the way past cinderellas castle more than made up for it. we watched wishes from our room and teh water parade. you can even see EPCOT. (from my room you could) plus these rooms are huge and right off the loby. we propped open our door at night to hear the piano player play from our room. it was so nice

the room wasn't in the main building (not positive of which....but it was on the left as you exited the lobby, closer to the water).
& it had 2 beds, so i assume not a honeymoon suite? nor a slanted ceiling (as i believe dormer rooms have) :confused3

the set-up was: regular room w/2 beds, leading to turret area (sofa, etc). door off left side of turret area leading to a long narrow balcony.

:)

lodge tower room maybe? def. not a honeymoon room, those are only RPC in the main building. prob in sugar loaf or sago?

Definitely sounds like a lodge tower room. They are not in the "deluxe" category, but it is in a room category higher than a standard. Still quite a bargain for the special rate you paid :thumbsup2 .
