Grand Floridian garden view?

Where exactly are the garden view rooms located? Is there a certain building that you could request that has better views than others?

Also, I thought I had read that the dormer rooms were garden view or standard, is this correct? What buildings are those rooms in?

Multiple bldgs at GF have garden view rooms. We stayed in a garden view in Conch Key in 2006 and had a very pleasant view of a quiet landscaped area near Narcoossees. I don't think you can go too wrong with a garden view at GF.

I don't know much about the dormer rooms though.

All of the buildings have Garden View Rooms. And all of the buildings, with the exception of the main building have dormer rooms that may face a garden view, lagoon or MK.

We had a lagoon view dormer room in Conch Key that had a great view of the castle. The dormer rooms are a bit smaller (ours didn't have a daybed), but have a higher ceiling and seemed very spacious.
