Grand Floridian Construction now in 2025?

I am just now looking at the Disney website for dining reservations at 1900 Park fare, and there is this statement:

"Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours."

Has anyone been there recently? Can you confirm if the construction noise would intrude on a Breakfast/brunch dining time? The statement is directly on the page for that restaurant.

Here is the full notice:

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. Please allow for extra travel time.

The Courtyard Pool, spa, and Courtyard Pool Bar at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are scheduled to be closed from January 27, 2025, through late February 2025, for routine maintenance on the Courtyard Pool building.

Swing by the Grand Floridian Thread and check with @mrsap for the latest updates but not much has started yet since the Holidays ended but there is a list of stuff left to be completed at GF just like at almost all the resorts this year.
