Is it any good? I've always wanted an excuse to check out the Grand Floridian and don't want to eat at another buffet.

The GFC is our traditional 1st breakfast, when we go to WDW. This restaurant is wonderful and the staff is always charming, we love Marvin (1 of the hosts there) he personifies Disney Magic. We have also had lunch here and it was very tasty. I do not think you can go wrong here with the diverse menu they offer, we think you will love this place.

Just went last weekend for the first time at breakfast while the kids were on the pirate cruise. Would definatly go again. Probably the best omlet I ever had.

Their breakfasts are heavenly. It's my husband's #1 favorite breakfast place in the whole world, lol. Lunch is awesome too, I'm just not a huge fan of their dinners.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is great for breakfast, Our children were on the Pirate Cruise pirate: and we had a wonderful leisuerly breakfast here. great ambience and nice staff. Enjoy

I was thinking of having dinner there. Snow White, did you just eat dinner there once? Maybe it was a fluke?

We ate dinner there last July. We had planned on going to Boma but DH's golf game ran late and we were able to get a last minute reservation for GFC. We loved it. We had previously only had lunch there, which was very good also. THe pasta dish was delicious and so were the crab cakes! We liked it so much we made an ADR for this July's trip.

We just found the dinner prices to be overpriced for what we received (even more so than the rest of WDW, lol) and the entrees to be bland. It was very, very noisy for a $90 meal as well. We got a surf and turf entree and the prime rib. Neither one of us received a good cut of meat and it wasn't seasoned very well either. We both started with caesar salads, and they were pretty good. I really can't remember the exact figure any more, but I think the bill was about $75 (plus tip). Good desserts though!!
