Just got confirmed today that my wait list for GF was booked. We reserved a 2 bedroom a few months ago when we thought we had 7 people going. We now have 10 traveling together, 4 of which are small kids. It says it sleeps 9...My question is: do they check how many are in the room, or could we get away with the extra person? This is our first time using points to stay at our home resort so not sure what to expect. Thanks for info!

If one of the small children is under 3, they don't count for occupancy.

Going over occupancy, if discovered, is against your contract.

If you can get a lock-off they allow 10 due to 2 murphy beds. You will only be allowed to get magic bands and fast passes for 9 per room. If caught with more than the allowed number you may be asked to leave.

We had a 2 bedroom lockoff at VGF last month- we were allowed 10 +1 child under 3.

In a regular 2 bedroom (not lockoff) you should be allowed 9+1 under 3. If one of small children in your group is under 3 you should be fine.
