Grand Cayman, what to do?

My Family is trying to decide what to do while at Grand Cayman. I wanted to find out what people recommended to do.

The stingray city experience is unique - something you won't find often. It was definitely the most memorable excursion we have taken. We used the disney excursion and it was fine. Many recommend one of the local companies, like Captain Marvin. Whatever you choose, don't miss it! A little intimidating at first when you get in the water with swarms of stingrays, but you quickly fall in love with these creatures and their gentle ways and soft feel.

Our visit to Stingray City last May was one of the coolest things we've ever done on vacation. It gets my vote.

I didn't vote because on Grand Cayman - I like to go to Nicki's and horseback ride on the beach with my son.

It's a non-Disney excursion, but Nicki provides the ground transportation from Hard Rock to her stable and back - even makes a water/soda/snack side trip if you'd like!
