I hope someone can share any thoughts they may have~
I did search Grand Cayman excursions, but didn't quite find what I'm looking for.
We cruised to GC 10 years ago with our young kids and it was one of the highlights of our cruise. We loved it so much~ we did Royal Palms Beach Club on our own. We know this is no longer open and that GC has changed significantly post Covid and hurricane damage.
This time it will be just my DH and I and we are looking for just a relaxing beach day. (Without the boat ride to Rum Point, etc.) I've researched the DCL beach excursion options and honestly none of them appeal to us as the reviews are not great and we are looking for something more low key. We're so spoiled by Castaway Cay lol. (Which our crusie itinerary does not include, boo!
)
Has anyone ever booked a room at a resort to use for the day? (Not a day pass)
Just would really love to maximize our day and love what we do and I'm getting a little discouraged.
I'd love to see if booking a room is a viable option if we can't find anything else we'd like to do.
Thoughts? TIA!
