Are there any hotels in GC that let you use a day rental type room ( like the Days Inn in the Bahamas)

The Westin will and the pool and beach areas are exceptionally nice. Not that it mattered much as we were in there only to shower, but the room was very moldy smelling. My DS is allergic (RAD), so we bathed him quickly and he stayed on the balcony while we finished getting ready. All of the amenities of a Westin were available to us and lunch was good.

what was the cost for booking a room for the day at the Westin? Did you just take a cab to the hotel from the port? Is the hotel close the beach as well?
