Grand Cayman Excursions???

Can someone give me some ideas on excursions on Grand Cayman? I already have some reserved for Castaway Cay and Cozumel. I dont like to snorkel but I do love the beach. Anything you can tell me about would be appreciated!!!! I am traveling with my ds17 and his 17 year old gf.

I see you're cruising pretty soon. GC was completely devastated with the Hurricane and parts of the island are still destroyed. We took a Stingray City excursion through Nativeway Sports, much cheaper than through DCL. They met us at the tender terminal and drove us to the Yacht club where their boat is docked. 7 Mile beach still has TONS of damage, and personally I'd stay away from it. The other major beach on Grand Cayman is Rum Point, and as of right now, it still has too much hurricane damage to re-open, so 7 Mile beach is the only game in town. Most of the hotels on Grand Cayman are on 7 Mile beach, and most of them sustained MAJOR damage and most of them don't plan on re-opening until Spring of next year. The Public beach on 7 Mile beach is at the end, and though there is no major damage there due to lack of structures, there is plenty around it to make it not a pretty sight, IMO.

Boy oh boy....wonder if I should just get off the ship for a bit and shop but for the most part....use it as a sea day! It's a short day on GC anyway. Thanks for the info....
