Grand Cayman Dive

We experienced a non-certified dive during our stop in St. Thomas last summer with the "Coki Beach Dive Club" on our eastern trip and had a great experience. We had a 1 tank 40ft/40 minute trip. This wasn't a DCL excursion. This was recommended through the DISBoards by another DISer and it was great! We'd love to do something like this again on our 7 day Western stop in Grand Cayman.

Has anyone experienced this sort of dive for non-certified divers in Grand Cayman and could recommend a dive shop?
