Just wondering if anyone knows if there is an easily accessible, walkable beach from where the ship docks? We are a family of adults that are looking to just get off the ship and find a decent beach. TIA

You will see no beaches from the dock. It's not close enough to walk but 7 mile isn't far, right around the bend from port.

Our family has taken a taxi twice to Seven Mile Beach. Both times we arranged a designated pick up time and the driver was there as promised.

Thanks for the info. We walk 4-8 miles every morning, so we were hoping to just walk to the beach.

I don't remember actual sidewalks along the way to the beach. I wouldn't feel comfy walking along there at all.

When we were in Grand Cayman last month, we walked to a beach. When we left the tender area, we turned left, and it was about a 25 minute walk. There was a little sign saying "beach access" that took us down a short path right to a small beach. There was one other family there, so we basically had it to ourselves. Of course, there were no chairs, or bathrooms or anything else, but it was a lovely walk, and the beach was worth it. There were a few spots where there was no sidewalk, so I wouldn't walk with strollers or anything, but it was perfect for just the two of us. On the way, there were a lot of restaurants and there was even a Burger King about 5-10 minutes before the path to the beach (for a quick soda on the walk back, including a bathroom stop).

We have been to paradise beach club twice. It's on 7 mile beach. I believe it's 2 dollars to get in and kids are free. We took a taxi there and walked back. I'm guessing it's about 2 miles. We were there in Jan/Feb so temps were perfect for walking. There is a sidewalk the whole way.

This is exactly what we were looking for, thank you! Our kids are all 20 something's now, and we will also be there in January, so walking is what we will do!
