Grand Californian Valet question

Does anyone know how much the Valet service is at the Grand Californian?

We just returned from the Grand on Saturday. We used self park for the first few nights of our stay. It was quite convenient and right across the street.

However, towards the end of the stay, the self park lot filled up and we ended up being able to valet park for free. The self park lot for the GC seemed very small.
