How would we get from the GC to Harbor Blvd?

We would like to walk to Mimi's and Buca di Beppo's and I have no idea how to get there. Is it a long walk? TIA

Exit the GCA into DTD Turn Right. Walk through security through the esplade and past the other security to Harbor. Cross street and Mimi's is to your left. Yes you can walk it's not far

I would agree that Mimi's is doable as a walk. However, I think Bucca di Beppo is a bit farther, and would either recommend the ART or a taxi if you do not have a car.

Buca di Beppo is quite a bit of a walk. If you take ART to Hampton Inn & Suites, its in the same parking lot.

Bucca is good!! Take a taxi or ART tho, it's kind of far to walk. The Garden Walk also has a ton of great eats, so check them too!

The walk is easy, just as described above. Have FUN!!

It is so yummy. When we stayed at the Hampton we would get take out after a long day at the park.

We love the food... and there is always soooo much of it! We mostly always stay at the GCH and I agree that it is probably too far to walk. We just grab a taxi.

The one negative is that it can be terribly busy and the wait can be long. I think that we called to get a reservation and they said they didn't take them the last time we went (2008). We waited a very long time.

Have fun at the GCH and DLR!

It might be different now. I can't remember if it was that we called that same night or what the deal was. We were with family and they were supposed to take care of that part, so I don't really know why we couldn't get the reservations. Maybe we were too big of a party??? I don't know. Good luck. Maybe someone out there will know the policy....

Great point...but if you eat as much as I do @ Buca...the walk back is very necessary!

Could you call ahead and order take out then just have the taxi take you and bring you back? I love Bucca food.
