I think they call it "woods view". Basically looking into the Brisa Courtyard. I've had 2 rooms with that view over the years. Not my favorite, but not bad. Kids liked watching the monorail go by.

Our view from our Woods/Courtyard view just north of the lobby (across from "whoever"s photo). It was pleasant to sit on the tiny balcony and watch/hear the monorail go by every 5-6 minutes. Since it's the first category up from standard view of a parking lot, I think it's worth the extra cost.
A map previously posted to the GCH Superthread, about monorail views.
Red line is the Monorail beam.
YELLOW and GREEN are Courtyard view on all floors, although upper floors (5 and 6) will usually be Club Level.
ORANGE are Woods view or Park view, although those view types are also located in other areas.
There are also some Standard view rooms at the front of GCH near the Monorail, but the Woods/Courtyard category has the best chance of having a view of the Monorail -- often only a small price increase.
We booked a courtyard/woods view room for our trip in December and thanks to Nonsuch's map, I was able to visualize where exactly these rooms are located, because that is one thing we were hoping to get a view of if we weren't getting a view of PP .
Be aware that the Courtyard View rooms X401 thru X417 are near where the building opens up to Downtown Disney and you will get the noise from that area. We once got 3413 and 3415, i think, and the drum beating was constant and annoying even with the balcony door closed . When i asked about it at the front desk they said it goes on until 10pm. I told them that was unacceptible and they moved us to a quiet Courtyard view location. If you don`t get what you like , speak up . They can move you if available.
