We will be staying at the Grand Californian in 2 weeks using our DVC points. Does anyone know what the resort fee is and what does it cover?

There is no resort fee when staying on points. :) It is covered in the DVC exchange. You still get access to the health club, the paper, and free self parking. As well as whatever is normally covered in the resort fee - those are all that I can think of for now.

If you valet park, there will be an added charge.

Have a great trip!

Howdy, neighbor! We'll be at the GCH on points for four nights starting Aug 17, too. We booked standard view to save points but I'm hoping for one of the upgrades I read about when we get there. Just a little pixie dust needed...

We're "splurging" on 2 GCH Rooms, Developer Points soon as well!!!!!!!
HOPE TO GET A "MAGICAL UPGRADE" AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!:wizard::wizard:
