I have a few questions about the Grand Californian Concierge. I'm assuming they have pre-planners just like the WDW resort hotels do. Does anyone have any information on how to contact them? Also, do we get met and escorted up to the lounge to check-in or do we check-in in the lobby. Also, any reviews of recent stays would be GREAT!! WE have a theme park view concierge room booked and can't wait!!
