Grand Californian concierge question

On the GCH concierge info it says that guets have access to the lounge and a 5th floor patio, only I can't seem to find where the patio is located on any maps of the GCH. So does anyone know where abouts it is and what the view is from there?

The patio is right off the lounge. There are sliding doors and you can go out and eat your food. There are a few tables and chairs. It is not a very big patio.
