Grand Californian Concierge Food

I'm looking into possibly booking concierge for our next trip at the Grand Californian. As far as food, what kind of stuff is provided in the lounge? Is it substantial enough to use the lounge for a meal here and there? I'd really appreciate any thoughts and opinions that anyone could give. Thanks!

I don't know anything about pasting threads here, but if you go to search forum and type in Concierge picutres it will direct you to a thread that has pictures of all three lounges. It is very informative.

It was cool! We ate alot ther. Breakfast is the fullest offering. Cereal, juices, fruit, yogurt, chees I think, little containers of like goldfish to take, also free water in the little fridges. Then they have a tea time thing, little sandwiches, fruit, cheese, uncrustables, desserts, beverages..at night is hot appetizers, fruit and cheese, cookies, and yes, beer and wine! It was great. We ate there alot and saved quite a bit on eating at the park. We did the stay on Developer Points, so it was 'free' and we'll never be able to do it again, but it was sure worth it. We also got DVDs for night viewing. Very nice experience.

Of course breakfast is enough and the tea sandwiches are nice, but can get boring for lunch. We normal always purchase dinner, sometimes lunch.

cereal,
bagels
sliced fruit
milk, OJ, cranberry
coffee, tea
croissants, muffins, pastries

11-4:00PM
tea sandwiches
turkey,cheese
Salmon, cream cheese
one more I can't remember
sliced fruit
cookies
hot scones
chocolate strawberries

5:00-7:00PM
Boudin French bread
assorted cheeses
sliced fruit
grapes
olive dip
veggies with dip
one hot item
wine and beer

8:00-10:00PM
cookies
desserts, small cheesecakes, etc.
cordials or wine and beer
milk

small bottles of Dasani water, soda served all day ( get it yourself) coffee,
tea, crustables served all day. We love GCH concierge.
