I got the nicest call from the hotel this afternoon doing what seemed to be a pre-check in. He told me the resort was at 100% capacity starting on Friday. He wanted to see if I had a problem changing rooms.
I told him I definitely did not want to have a room facing the front of the hotel. We had one of those rooms a few years ago for the marathon (husband was running) and it was just no fun. You look out onto the turnaround.
He told me that was not a problem.
Excellent customer service.
