I'm staying at VGC on points. I called the number and someone picked right up (no wait). They already had a date and time assigned for us. I was told the reason I did not get an email was because they didn't have one for me. I'm not sure what the break down on that was as I do have an email on my DVC account.

I was told the same last evening. The CM I spoke with said the email addresses did not import for people who booked with points. She entered my email address and told me I should receive an email within 24 hours.

Same here.....just called (no wait).....we had June 3 at 8, but I changed it to 11.
Email in 24 hours, but I got my confirmation number in case I have to call back

yes.....it is so if I call back, they can find me easier

I did not receive the email today as I was told (not surprised really) but was given a confirmation number, so I am less panicked about it!

If nothing else, they are consistent at being inconsistent. Haha. I have called four time to inquire about not receiving an email confirmation. Each time the reassured my I am confirmed for May 31. Each time I ask for a confirmation number and each time they told none exhibited.

Psychologically, I need the email to ease my paranoia that my time slot is going to mysteriously disappear, with no way for m to prove it existed.

Mine did finally just arrive! So nice to actually have it.

What is everyone going to be doing for 4 hours? I know the ride line will be long, but what else?

I am traveling with a 5 year old and I'm not sure how long she will last with just looking around.
