Grand Beach or Sheraton Vistana Villas?

We are going to a wedding in November (close to WDW but not a Disney Fairytale Wedding), and I've narrowed the hotel options to Grand Beach by Diamond or Sheraton Vistana Villas. The price difference is less than $10 between the two for a two bedroom, and both are less than 10 minutes to the wedding.

Looking for feedback on either or both places. Which do you prefer? It will be me, DH, DS, and my dad. We need two bedrooms and two bathrooms and would like a kitchen and dining table where we can eat together. A nice pool is a plus, but I don't think we will have time for more than one or two swims. Looking mostly for clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Will either hotel eat us up with hidden fees? Or is this a decision where I can't go wrong?

Personally-I’d go with Sheraton Vistana villages. Both places have nice units but I believe grand beach does have a resort fee (it’s not much) and parking on weekends can be a nightmare! Never had issue finding parking at SVV

Vistana is a larger resort and a bit more upscale IMO. They also have more pools to choose from. And @Monykalyn is right, parking can be challenging at Grand Beach.
