Grand Beach 1/ANy info would be great...

trying to trade into a Orlando resort via RCI. I have stayed at SVR, SVV and OLCC. How does Grand Beach stack up to these resorts? Location? Thanks

I have only been to Vistana. Grand Beach does not have as much 'stuff' and is a smaller complex but the units are huge. Just down the street from Vistana so still a good location..no fancy pools but there are 2 that are nice

the HGVC - and WBC - have been showing up - make sure they are not on your list before you take another choice.

We stayed at Grand Beach last year - it is wonderful!!! Two large master bdrm suites at either end of the unit, with their own baths; a
3rd bdrm with 2 twin beds and a bathroom across the hall from it. Good sized lvgrm and kitchen and a screened in porch. So easy to get to across from Vistana - a beautiful huge pool and jacuzzi (our grandson swam at night and loved it); parking spaces under each bldg (get there early though to get an indoor space). We loved it!!! The beach is wonderful too.

We stayed at Grand Beach last November. It was beautiful! The villa was the best I've stayed in so far. We loved the kitchen and the screened patio was HUGH! The pools were nice. Not fancy, but plenty of swimming room. The hot tub by the pool farthest from the club house was awesome (very big).

I really liked that they had parking underneath the villas with elevators up to the rooms. You have to use your room key to get onto your floor, which was great. The staff was friendly and since we got the villa through Skyauction we didn't have to do the timeshare deal. There was no pressure from them to do it anyway.
