Grand 1 Sit down meal

Is it possible to have a proper sit down meal on the grand 1. There will only be 5 of us but we would like a full 3 course meal if possible!Thanks

Yes. They will want you to pay for butler service in addition to the price of the meal. There's an old menu HERE for reference, but you can pretty much customize it with anything that they think will travel well—it's not just limited to appetizers.
