Grammar Test

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if anybody that is currently working at Disney or has in the past could help me out with this. Have you taken the keyboarding and grammar test given by Disney casting? Please, if anyone has heard of this or has taken it, I would love hear about it.

I've taken (and given) them; neither one is particularly challenging. If you'd like to see the study guide for the grammar test, it's available at any Disney Learning Center.

To sign up (you have to make an appointment), just call the jobline. Any one of the Casting ECAs can help you. Your results are good for six months, and you can retake it twice if you're not happy with your scores, though you'll have to make another appointment if you'd like to retest.

Thank you for your response. I have been brushing up on my grammar, but I was a little worried about how challenging it might be. I had never heard of it, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect or what to even study for. I was just told that it was given because spell check doesn't pick up everything.

You say I can pick up a study guide at any Disney Learning Center. This may be a silly question, but where might I find one? Do you know if it is possible to have it shipped to another state?

I am going on vacation soon and have a scheduled interview. I will be taking the tests then as well.

There are 13 Disney Learning Centers across property; the closest one to Casting is at Downtown Disney. (Other close ones would be at Port Orleans and Saratoga Springs)

You do have to be a cast member to use the learning centers. I'm not sure if they'd be able to send you a copy of the guide; you'd have to call and ask.
