I was at a kid's Xmas party yesterday where someone brought in these "cookies" made with a graham cracker base (not crushed, just a simple cracker) that had a "frosting" of sorts that was light brown (brown sugar?) and had walnuts in it. This "frosting" had a texture to it, it wasn't smooth and creamy. Anybody got a clue what I'm talking about???

TIA!
