I have never been so happy to be done with a semester. In addition, the fact that i now have my grades is another relief. I kept biting my nails as I waited for my grades to be posted on the internet. I did it, I did it. yes, I passed all my classes.

I was pretty happy with my grades for this semester. It was definitely the hardest for me, workload-wise. Glad it's over!! :teeth: Only thing is I didn't get high enough for the dean's list, which kind of bums me out...I thought I might be able to this semester. Oh well.

Mine could of been better, passed them all w/o a problem, but deffinitly could of been better. :earseek: Thats what next semester will be for though! :wizard: :teeth:

I got my grades, it's my Praxis scores I'm waiting on. Not only does my school require you to have passed the tests before Junior year, but they also have a higher required score to continue in Education than the rest of the state. Ugh! Not encouraging when very few people have passed the math section on the first try. :sad2: :scared:

Waiting on one last grade, but I've got a pretty good idea of what it is. I'm beyond happy at how this semester turned out. It was my first, and my grades were way better than I expected. I'm pretty worried, actually for next semester, when I have classes that are test based rather than paper based.

I remember how much i hated waiting for those grades! good luck!

I passed the math part, and failed the other part by 1 point--hope you get your scores soon!

Got my scores on Friday- Passed Math with a 179 and Writing with a 180. So glad that I only have Content Knowledge left, and I'm taking that on the 7th. So hopefully I do as well on that.

What is Praxis? I am devoid of any knowledge regarding Praxis.

Education majors have to take the Praxis exams in order to become a certified teacher. I know at my school, you have to have passing scores before Junior year in order to take the next level of edu classes. Most schools just require the scores before graduation. In NJ, for El. Ed. majors, there are 3 tests- Math, Writing and Content Knowledge. If you're teaching a specific subject in Sec. Ed., there are tests that you have to take for them as well.
