grad nights.2005 april 29 & 30 ?

what should i do and not do..this will be the only sat. and sun. of our trip.does it just effect mk, no other park, should we do mk during the day or are they there already? can we go to a char. dinner around mk or will it be too busy with busses and stuff? what are the hours going to close, do they compensate and make other parks stay open later to be fair to us non-grads?

I am taking it you mean 2006. I was there during grad nights this year and none of the other parks opened later then usual. Only the MK closed early though. I did go to the MK on one of the days, and it didn't seem any busier then normal for a Saturday. I found the grad nights did not really effect me as I just did the other parks the nights grad nights were on.

Many of the schools that do Grad Night are local FL schools. I know the schools in my county (Lee) and my sisiter's (Flagler) do not spend the day. They head over just for that event, then head home. It really shouldn't have any bearing on crowds during the day. As far as doing a Character meal around the MK, Chef Mickey & 1900 Park Fare will not be effected at all by the schools. They all have a schedule that they must adhere to. They cannot just go off on their own to a Character meal. You will have no problems parking at the GF or CR. If you will be traveling by bus, again, you will not have any problems.

...and never again!!!! We were at ASMo and the place became an absolute ZOO on Thursday. I mean the pool was TOTALLY overcrowded w/ teens...many jumping in w/ all their clothes on as they arrived. The lifeguards couldn't get control. It was like this through Sunday (when we transferred to WL) I have always enjoyed ASMo but not w/ that many teens around. It was just crazy.

As for the parks. Didn't notice them at all...other than MK was a ZOO on Thursday (people going to it since it was the last night it would be open late for a few nights)
