Grabbing a Lighting Lane 1st thing in DCA, starting in Disneyland.

We have park hoppers, rope drop will start in Disneyland and then park hop in afternoon to DCA. Can we get a Lightning Lane at 730 for Guardians and modify it until mid afternoon? Then grab Lighting Lanes for the rides in Tomorrowland.

So a park plan like this. I know times wont be exact, but just gives me a template to work with.
Guardians LL at 735
Buzz LL at 935
Buzz line up at 950, so grab LL for ST at that time
ST line up at 1010, so grab Autopia LL at that time
Autopia line up at 1040, so grab Pirates LL at that time.
Pirates line up at 1110, so grab Webslingers LL at that time.
2 hour window for rest of LLs.

You can only book a LL at DCA for after 11am.

You can’t even book a 10:55am, which has plenty of valid use after 11. Must be entirely 11am or later.

You have to scan into A PARK. If you scan into Disneyland with a hopper you can book LL for DCA, as long as it is for after 11am.

Speaking of DCA. Has this park become difficult to deal with? The last few trips we seem to stop in and get out as soon as we use our built up LLs. Sitting here building up LLs for this evening and there are 6 rides with over an hour wait and a few over 100 minutes. While the wait times at DL are fine. Is Disney increasing the capacity there? It's becoming more and more a park we just avoid.
